Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
Manage cash handling and POS transactions using POS systems to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions to deliver seamless service.
Uphold all food safety regulations and responsible serving practices while managing guest interactions in various settings including fine dining venues or nightclubs.
Requirements
Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and beverage preparation.
Familiarity with POS systems and Liquor Management Systems for efficient transaction processing.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours without compromising quality.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred.
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order entry.
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices.
